Age: Actually something like a century old, but looks like he's in his mid-20s.

Height/Weight: 5'4" / 140 pounds (somewhat variable; see below)
Other: So about that super hero serum thing! Canon's kind of fuzzy on how much of it is genetic and how much is the serum itself, so I'm taking a middle route. The cloning process will result in Cap showing up 140-pound-weakling self - mostly. The serum process did alter his genetic structure somewhat, given the fact that he had quite a bit of it removed from his system to no ill effect; there are some implications that his body has been fundamentally altered to produce it. However, the cloning process reduces him to his baseline, which is the aforementioned 140-pound-weakling. Given time and training he will rebuild his strength to an acceptable powercapped baseline. He’ll also eventually get taller. But only if he eats his greens and doesn’t get killed and have to start all over again in a new body. Science!

Touching: Go for it!
Sex: Ask me! I prefer FTB if we go that far. Also Steve will be kind of old-fashioned about these things.
